been so busy these fews days that i've hardly slept a wink! and to think a few days ago we were still slacking into life, letting PRECIOUS sleep time pass by without the mere trace of remorsefulness! its total retribution that our sleeping time has been deprived! argh!
went down to jurong east areas to promote advertising packages of "flyers campaign" as marketing executive for jasmine's bro today.. first day of work, we met 7.30am in the morning at jasmine's house! 7.30am! i had hardly put my face down to my pillow when my handphone's alarm rang and reminded me that its time to wake up! looking longingly at my bed.. a thought ran through me, my bed, pillows and bolsters has never looked so comfortable before! how i desire, above all, to slap back into the warm inviting arms of my bed, and into the soft cushiony midst of my pillow!!
oops, was getting a little carried away.. =) well, we met jas in her house and we started to print our own **** ****s.. to start off, it didnt look that bad.. the only problem lies within the thickness of it.. so much for being budget! hoho! we ended up using pen knifes to slice it! and jas's bro was shaking his head at our budget campaign, going "haiyo!" lOl! well, there's this saying in chinese that goes "jie jian shi yi zhong mei de"~ =Pp
after some briefing by jas's bro, we started work at around jurong entertainment center.. walked through the whole of jurong trying to clinch deals.. but most unfortunately, none of the organisations could make an immediate decision.. so we only left our brochures and contact number with them.. crossing our fingers hard hoping that they'll call, to earn us some capitals! met up with the boon lay jeran or what-eva-is-it restaurant's boss, he gave us a damn f**king attitude.. man.. i feel like giving him a piece of my mind if only he hadnt seemed more interested in our advertising than others.. well, the sayings were right though, you'll have to be bloody persistent and thick-skinned in sales line..
we ended our prey hunt by 5pm.. we were all exhausted! having jux slept for an hour last night! however, our determination for ************ship won over us and we headed down to bugis junction macdonalds to meet the s*******.. => another step closer to the BIG dream! double cheers for us! XD there are some more stuffs to be settled and than, woohoo! we'll be OFFICIAL!
