working's so slack when manager's not around!

mother garden's turned into a child care center! haha!

look at the activities going on:

afternoon nap. sleeping in progress! ahaha~ after our mac breakfast we were sooo tired that we went overboard! haha sleeping in the store on the sirotan cushion, strawberry memory foam pillow and usamomo blanket! =X indeed a very sugary dream we had! ^^ but hey, guilty conscience do haunt us! =S

we made such a commotion in the shop! first huixuan shouted damn loudly (note: its DAMN LOUDLY!!) cause louis went to tug at her leg.. ALL the customers in the shop was like stunned and steered their eyes towards the counter where we were sitting(oops!) lah! super paiseh!!(you know huixuan's vocal power) and then louis piggy-backed me and run across the shop, out to vivo's corridor.. alot of customers were looking! according to huixuan, some even pointed at us! -.- dumb dumb louis still p-b me out to vivo's corridor and shouted "woohoo" which attracted even more attention! =S but nvm, he's the awkward one. cause i had my face buried all along LOL! =p blah~

this cheena guy who looked like the uglier version of z-chen (zhang zhi cheng) keep on laughing at huixuan when she started laughing crazily at some gorilla joke i told her. HAHAHA!!!! its damn hilarious i tell you! we wanted to take his pic so i pretend to show huixuan something in my phone then "snap" ****FLASH**** omg! i forgot to off flash lahh!! uber paiseh hahahahah!!! luckily i got off at the next stop and left her alone with her beloved cheena man LOL!! he alighted at seng kang too~ hey girl, this is what we call f-a-t-e bwahahahah!

guess what?

I WENT TO THE NIGHT SAFARI on monday!!
bwahaha=x
been wanting to go there since god-knows-when..

i''m finally there! =D

its kinda dark =( but this is the Ulu Ulu restaurant at the entrance of the safari. nice ambience i must say~ and i heard their chicken wings are nice lol!

its actually very dark, i brightened this pic using picasa. not very clear, though indentifiable thats me and evan! =)

there's a leopard cat on the branch! can you all see? its quite well camouflaged. and the thing is, NO FLASH allowed. -.-

cute right!!! those little lights are actually little pair of eyes peeping at us! but the creature (i-forgot-what-is-its-name) are like meowing at us so loudly la! its kinda scary *creeps*

honestly those are ALL the photos we took at night safari! its seriously DARKkkk so much so that camera, flash and night mode doesnt work! reckon we need the professional camera to do a good job.. ah well, the best things/animals/scenery cant be captured by a camera, they are captivated in our eyes! XD

oh yah, this is how our trip goes~ we took the forest trail at first. mind you, its uber scary! cause its uber dark! it feels like some animal's gonna jump out on you anytime! hhaha. after that, we surrender to our tiring feets and decided to take the tram at the half-ride station~ as the term states, we paid half price, 4bucks for the half-ride haha. but honestly tram is a much better choice! you get to sit down, enjoy the night breeze and look at the animals. there's also this lady speaking through the mic pointing out to us the details and informations about the animals. besides, the tram went through places that are inaccessible via trail. next up, we went to the animal show. i like the indian lady, ginny (wassit spell lidat?) she's got that sense of humour! and so we watched the kawaii animals performed! surprisingly i saw my pri sch friend ChunLi! haha she's working there after her A's. kinda cool! i wonder how its like working in a zoo! after the show its already 10.30pm.. initially we wanted to go for some more trail! but its getting late and we're so thirsty! (haha what a reason =x) so in the end we cabbed to causeway point for BK~ *slurps*

conclusion: i must say its a interesting trip! haha. instead of all the town-ing, we can take a break, experience the nature and smell some animal dung. HAHAHA!! anyway we got in at a half price rate. cause the ticketing staff say we are cute! =X right. haha~ there's this march holiday promotion of 50% off regular ticket price, exclusive of the tram ride which is 8bucks. but considerably cheap! 10bucks is worth the price la, but for 20bucks personally i wouldn't go =X calling out for all singaporeans out there, pls visit night safari soon as the promotion is lasting till 31st march only! get the bargain! omg. i sound like an auntie la =\

met up with 2 taiwan friends with ma cousin after work on monday.
can say it was an unsual one?
haha cause i dont really know them that well.
but nevertheless, we met them at clark quay after my work.
they were here for holiday and gonna fly back to taiwan this friday.
thats why i agreed to meet them for dinner though im so busy with stupid attachment! =X
anyway, we went coffee club and had our dinner~
omg the prawn aglio olio was superb lahhh!! *drools*
super nice ok!
their translucent prawn standard is ON PAR with thai express's (ZILIN ZHU YI!!)
the only bad thing was that the whole dish is like filled with garlic !
horrible! i had a hard time picking them out!
and i think i swallowed quite abit of garlic >.<
bu nevertheless its mouth-watering =))
oh yah back to ma taiwan friends.
they were actually here with their "lao shi" to learn about human resource.
hope i did interpret it correctly..
"ren ji guan xi" is human resource right?
anyway yah.. besides that they also learn quite alot of other stuff from their "lao shi"
stuffs like personal experience, moral beliefs and etc.
they shared with us a couple of ideas which are really some fruits for thought..
they told me its actually important to have a goal in life.
or rather a plan for your future.
what are you gonna do, and stuff along that line.
she told me about herself, because she's the youngest in da family, thats why everything is like planned for her.
all she has to do is like play enjoy, study.
even the school she's gonna attend and the job after she graduate was settled and planned for her.
so up till 30 years old she's still like over relying on her parents.
she would pend every cent she earn and even spend more than what she earn.
she told me its like she earn 2000 and spend 3000.
the excess? get from her parents..
haha the funny part is that she got this mentality, if one day her parents are gone she'll go with them.
cos no one to support her what.
but after she gt to know her"lao shi"
everything changed la.
its like she finally found the purpose of life.
and realise that our parents work so hard to support us when we're young and now we should in turn work hard and give them a good life.
it makes me think.
what really is the purpose in life?
is it the pursuit of happiness?

another thing we chatted was about the making of friends.
she told me: the making of friends is a very important element in life.
cos usually we mix most with pple of our age group.
who thinks like us, and behaves like us.
we would rarely have friends that are like older than us by alot.
but older friends comparatively have more experience than us and probably some constructive ideas to share.
it is true that we take in more what our friend say as compare to what our parents say.
most of the time when our parents try to tell us something, we would think they nag and nag n nag.
though it is true that they do have a fair bit of experience than us, but we'd still think theyre nagging =X and refused to take in anything they say.
so probably having friends of diff ages really does let us see another side of the sky haha!

she told me this story which is from her lao shi-
when the first-man-who-landed-on-moon ( i forgot whats his name) was young, he sat on a tree and gaze at the moon. his mum then asked him what is he looking at. he replied: im looking at the moon. one day, im going to land on it.
his mum smiled at him and said: wow! really? thats wonderful! when you land on the moon, you must remember to put the american flag on it to make us all proud!
this is american culture. encouragement is thrown to their kids.
so unlike spore and alot of asia countries, the same story, our mums would probably replied us: stop dreaming la! you can never land on the moon. dun be silly!
note the difference!
honestly, who wouldnt prefer the encouragement style?

speaking to them made me think about alot of stuffs.
haha.
how i long for the encouragement which is lacking in this society.
so pple, pls promote encouragement!
be it for friends, siblings or even your parents!
and dun forget the little praises which makes someone's day!

let's do our little part to be a lovelier person and make the world a better one~

1st march:
went New York skins solution for skin consultation.
supposingly skin consultation. ahah.
the consultant showed me my skin condition under the dunno-wad machine..
and omg it wasd super duper horrible!
>.<>.< its something like a 10 course treatment.
whereby if i sign up now there will be 1 additional course.
and the original price was supposed to be 2280?
couldnt remember the exact cost but somewhere around there.
but after student discount -300, voucher discount -300 and some other promotions it amount to 1.2k... inclusive of products and free 10 bucks voucher on every visit..

dunno whether its suay or lucky,
i lost my purse yesterday!
i must have drop it somewhere when i went to the atm to get cash before facial. =(
realised it only after facial! luckily i paid the deposit first already..
went around searching for it.
but no sights of my purse!
my IC, student admin card, ez link, atm card and alot of stuff all inside!
so last attempt i approached the information counter at taka to ask if they found any gold coin purse...
and HOLY!!!!
someone found my purse ad send it to the info counter with everything intact!
whoever it is who found my purse, i really LOVE you lots!
though you might not see this but, i love you to bits la!!
may buddha protect you, god bless you, alla look after u.. and the indian god (dunno what name) love you!
may you strike lottery, toto, lucky draw!!
