been quite sometime since i blog. well, has been pretty occupied recently, given all the tests and projects. holidays are gone! in the blink of an eye! omg. felt like i haven't done anything constructive at all! basically i just wasted my holidays away! omg! i've neither done any catching up in my studies, nor any catching up in my sleep! omg what have i done!? wasting life away, which is so.................... like me! oh no!!
went for a job interview at citylink with xinhui, sharon n irene today. the cafe gelare. omg! that place is a bloody money cheater! there's this deal that we start work at a salary of $70 for 28 hours for the probation period. and thereafter it'll be at a rate of $4.30/hr. OMG!! 70 bucks for 28 hours! thats like $2.50/hr!! thats totally absurd! $2.50 an hour, expecting us to do the the job of serving, clearing and counter! what kinda pay is that! cheap labour!? i bet even coolies get better wages!! >=( pretty unbelievable huh! after that, we proceeded to other walk in interviews. one of them include starbucks cafe. quite a nice place. i liked the ambience there! i do hope we get in for that one. though the pay cant be compared to my promotor's but well, its another form of job that offers experience! who knows i might just need it in the near future! in fact, i think i do! it has always been my dream to set up a cafe of my own! oh! might as well start planning for the future! => wish me good luck, to a step closer to my dream! ^v^ V
