caught *200 pounds beauty* with xinhui and evan after school today.
i think its a rather nice movie.
kinda touching at some point~
its about this 200 pound girl who is fat and ugly.
underneath the awful image, she's blessed with a beautiful voice.
but because of her looks she gets discriminations and although she has the angelic voice, she could only be a backstage singer.
super sad right.
she falls for this handsome producer *drools!*
and decided to undergo plastic sugery from head to toe!
and the story wents on lah ...
not gonna spoil it for those who intend to catch that show haha~
the argument here is plastic surgery.
there's this quote from the show that "plastic sugery are for people with no confidence"
find it kinda true to a certain extend.
if its for vanity, i think plastic surgery crossed the line.
on the other hand, like in the show, the female lead under went plastic sugery to get herself a new life.
with all those discriminations against her, plastic surgery seems to be the only way out.
its the reality check haha
after all the society love pretty girls and handsome guys!
if i live in korea i'd probably go and have a taste of it since its so common!
haha. too bad this is singapore~
artificial beauties are not recognised lol~
so i shall learn to love my face more! lol
